Rumour: new Warhammer 40000 FPS in development

Space Hulk is one the most famous board games in the world. It is set in the Warhammer 40000 universe and is extremely tense and hardcore. If you don’t have the time or the money to play this one, then don’t despair: Dawn of War II: Chaos Rising had a brilliant mission based on it. There is also a full adaptation with the same name, but it’s not very good. Fortunately, it looks like Space Hulk will get another gaming adaptation. According to NeoGafa company called Streum On Studio is currently developing Space Hulk: Deathwing. The game will be a first-person shooter with the player assuming the role of a yet nameless Librabrian (a powerful warrior with psychic abilities). The plot will probably follow the board game pretty closely and will revolve around a battle between the Space Marines and Tyranids aboard a deserted space ship. Space Hulk is a decent setting for an FPS game and right now the game looks pretty exciting. Let’s hope Streum On Studio do a good job, the board game deserves it.
