Rayman Legends Going Multiplatform, Suffers Delays (Again)

It’s a rough news for Nintendo as Ubisoft have announced that not only will Rayman Legends miss it’s February 26th release date, but it’s going multiplatform and will be gracing PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this September. Geoffroy Sardin, EMEA Chief Marketing & Sales Officer stated “We heard from many Xbox & Playstation owners and Rayman fans who told us they really wanted to play Rayman Legends on their current system. We decided to give the fans what they wanted while at the same time broadening the audience exposed to this innovative and memorable game.” With the Wii U struggling to gain momentum and developers shying away from porting to the system, will the addition of a fifth player tempt people towards Nintendo’s latest console, I don’t think so.
