Nintendo Announce 3DS XL
With a larger screen and longer battery life, the 3DS XL has been unveiled by Nintendo.
Known as the 3DS LL in Japan, the system will sport a larger screen and improved battery life, with 3DS games lasting 3.5 to 6.5 hours and 6 to 10 hours for it’s DS counterparts.
Available in Red, Black and White, in the package you’ll find 6 AR cards, a 4GB SDHC (increased from 2GB), manuals, the console itself and a touch pen. Curiously it does not include a AC Adapter, so instead you can utilize the AC adapter from your DSi, DSi XL or 3DS, unless you with to purchase it separately.
The new system is expected to launch around the $200 mark, with release at the end of July/August.
