Epic has announced the Infinity Blade franchise has peaked at over $30 Million in revenue just after the release of the second installment in December last year. This progress is further expanding the franchise with the release of a digital novella, written by Brandon Sanderson. With the release of the games soundtrack and even a coin operated version of the game, the game stands as a testament to a studio backing an iOS development.
The original game was released on December 9th 2010, the first game on iOS to run Unreal Engine 3. It was also announced as the fastest selling app after generating $1.6 Million in 4 days with it’s sequel building upon it’s predecessor and gaining good reviews thus far.
