Call of the Dead: Black Ops

I’ve got to admit, this looks pretty good. For a while, we’ve known that on May 3, 2011 Activision and Treyarch would release the next Black Ops map pack, Escalation, featuring 4 new multiplayer maps and 1 zombie mode. Up until now, that zombie mode was unknown. Today, it was revealed that it would be called “Call of the Dead”, and boy does it include some serious zombie fan service. If you’re a fan of George Romero, then you’ll probably love this since he stars in it, alongside other well known actors such as Sarah Michelle Gellar, Robert Englund (Freddy Kreuger), Danny Trejo (Machete) and Michael Rooker (Merle in The Walking Dead). All of these characters will be part of the new zombie map, which by the looks of it, will provide something along the lines of jump pads and ziplines, not the mention the loads and loads of zombies. You know what, just see for yourself. Here we include a photo gallery and a video for your viewing pleasure:     [learn_more caption=”Click here to open the press release“]CALL OF DUTY®: BLACK OPS ESCALATION ANNOUNCES ALL-STAR CAST FOR ‘CALL OF THE DEAD’ Legendary Director, George Romero, to Star with Robert Englund, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Michael Rooker and Danny Trejo in Blockbuster DLC Release Hitting in Seven Days     Santa Monica, CA – April 26, 2011 – Activision Publishing, Inc.
