It’s good to hear this kind of news. It’s too often that we learn of a highly anticipated game getting delayed. So it’s great to hear Bethesda announce that the highly anticipated FPS Brink will hit store one week earlier than expected. Brink, developed by Splash Damage, will be available for EU on May 13th, rather than the 20th, and for US gamers on May 10th, instead of the 17th.
“Production wrapped on Brink earlier than we planned and we didn’t see any reason to keep gamers from getting their hands on this highly anticipated game as soon as it was ready,” said Pete Hines, in charge of Bethesda Marketing.
“It’s apparent from the tremendous reaction so far that people are eager to jump online and play, and if we can make that happen earlier – we’re going to.”
