BioShock: Infinite has been delayed again, Irrational Games have stated that the game won’t make its February 26th release date, drawing it back a month to focus on polishing the game.
Ken Levine, the Creative Director behind Infinite told IGN that “It’s primarily polish and bug fixing, you know, ‘let’s make that narrative scene that much better. Let’s do another pass on the timing of that scene. Let’s do another balance pass.”
He later spoke to Eurogamer, “We talked about it. I knew I’d probably get beat up in the press a little bit about it. But at the end of the day, if it’s going to make a better game we’re going to do it.“So the new date is March 26th. That’s my bad news.”
So the wait for Infinite has been extended, let’s hope the game exceeds our expectation. See more when the world premiere trailer airs tonight at the Video Game Awards.
