Remedy Entertainment have said that the once Xbox 360 exclusive, Alan Wake, will be hitting PC this February, with a note from the developer noting their opinion on distribution:
“Games for Windows Live will not be used; we will be fully supporting the Steam platform,” state Remedy Entertainment.
The game comes in at a whopping 7.5 Gigabytes, but there is no demo version for those looking to trial the game, as well as no release for apple fans. The game will include the two downloadable chapters that were add-ons for the 360 release; “The Writer” and “The Signal”, as well as supporting either the Xbox controller or a keyboard and mouse.
The title has been ported by Remedy with support from Nitro Games, meaning the title will still have that distinctive Alan Wake charm.
