Alan Wake Officially Coming to PC

It’s a PC gamers dream! What started out as a rumor when the game was found on Steam’s registry just yesterday, it has been announced that Alan Wake is indeed coming to PC. In 2005, the game was originally going to be on the PC. Throughout the years, the Xbox 360 and PS3 were added to that, until finally the game only came out on the Xbox 360. Finally, the PC gamers dream has come true. The game will come out Q1 2012 (near enough the same time as Alan Wake’s American Nightmare) and will be released on Steam. The official forum post reveals that the game will also come with both DLC (The Signal and The Writer). The game will use Steam Works, but it’s unknown if it will also use Games for Windows Live.
